CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

Bahan:
- 200 ml susu cair
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 5 gr gelatin powder
- 30 ml air
- 30 gr gula pasir
- sejumput garam
- 120 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate @chefmatechocolate

Topping Chocolate Syrup (opsional):
- 120 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate @chefmatechocolate
- 160 ml whipping cream

Cara Membuat:

1. Campur gelatin dngn air, biarkan mengembang sekitar 10 menit.

2. Hangatkan susu cair, whipping cream, gula, garam dngn api kecil sedang.

3. Matikan api, masukkan DCC yg dicincang kasar, aduk sampai meleleh semua.

4. Masukkan gelatin, aduk sampai larut merata.

5. Saring n tuang ke cetakan. Simpan di kulkas semalaman.

6. Chocolate Syrup: campur DCC n whipping cream, lelehkan dngn cara ditim.

7. Sajikan Panna Cotta dalam keadaan dingin, bersama Topping Chocolate Syrup. Yumm
